1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the spinoy88 website accessible at spinoy88.asia, including all pages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the spinoy88 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the spinoy88 Platform.

• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's spinoy88 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by spinoy88 to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on spinoy88, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through spinoy88, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the spinoy88 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the spinoy88 Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use spinoy88, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

spinoy88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by spinoy88 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of spinoy88 services, you must register an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current;
• Register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. spinoy88 uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended with balances forfeited;
• Not register an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Not use a false identity, alias, or any other deceptive means during registration.

spinoy88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your spinoy88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your spinoy88 Account and not reuse passwords from other services;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify spinoy88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

spinoy88 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified spinoy88 of a security breach in accordance with the above.

6 Deposits & Payments

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your spinoy88 Wallet:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction;
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits are credited to your spinoy88 Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by spinoy88's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant;
• spinoy88 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• spinoy88 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your spinoy88 Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your spinoy88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted;
• Before processing any withdrawal, spinoy88 may require completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days;
• spinoy88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

spinoy88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your spinoy88 Account in the form of bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met;
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion;
• spinoy88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified by spinoy88;
• spinoy88 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any bonus or promotion.

9 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the spinoy88 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply to all games on spinoy88:

• All slot games and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by spinoy88 or any Player;
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers. All live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not manipulated;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, spinoy88 will apply its standard malfunction policy. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. spinoy88's decision on disputed game outcomes is final;

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinoy88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account using false identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the spinoy88 Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the spinoy88 Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors;
• Engaging in any conduct that spinoy88 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other Players or spinoy88 staff.

11 Responsible Gaming

spinoy88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your spinoy88 Wallet;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the spinoy88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the spinoy88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of spinoy88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the spinoy88 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any spinoy88 content without prior written consent;
• Use any spinoy88 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any part of the spinoy88 Platform on any other website or platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinoy88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on the spinoy88 Platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the spinoy88 Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the spinoy88 Platform or any service thereon, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond spinoy88's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the spinoy88 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit spinoy88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination

spinoy88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if spinoy88 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your Account:

• Your access to the spinoy88 Platform will be immediately revoked;
• Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (after deduction of any bonus balances and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification;
• Any pending bonus balances or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting spinoy88 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. spinoy88 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the spinoy88 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting spinoy88 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16 Amendments

spinoy88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, spinoy88 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the spinoy88 Platform.

Your continued use of the spinoy88 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the spinoy88 Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at spinoy88.asia/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
